Syresham U14’s Fund Raising Event Christmas 2009


BOYS:

Volunteers required serving cakes, snacks and drinks and wash up/clear tables.

Volunteers required to sell tickets for raffle tombola on;

Saturday 19th December 09.00am till 13.00pm.

Brackley Town Hall

Please wear Syresham Youth sweatshirts!





PARENTS;

Donations of teabags, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, homemade/bought small and large cakes, biscuits, crisps, canned/small bottled drinks to sell at coffee morning needed.

Donations for raffle tombola prizes needed. (Tinned food, bottles, unwanted gifts, any new/unused items etc)

Also Volunteers needed to help serve hot drinks/supervise boys appreciated.







The profits will help towards the cost of the boys tour next year so please help in any way you can.
Please let me know who can attend to help out and/or what you may be able to donate towards cakes or tombola
